Development Squad Management Team Required

Luton Town Ladies are currently seeking a new Management team for their Development squad to take the Club forward into 2016/17 and beyond.

This is an exciting role for experienced Managers/Coaches to help mould the future of an FA Women's Premier League Club which has a long held reputation for developing youth team players and successfully bringing them into senior football.

This squad will sit between the First and Under 18 squads and currently competes in Division 1 of the Greater London Women's Football League.

The successful applicant(s) will hold a minimum FA Level 2 qualification and be willing to work as part of an established and very flexible management structure within the Club.

It is essential that applicants are available for both training sessions and matches to provide the necessary continuity for the development of players. Coaches will be expected to be flexible with their approach and be willing to run differing sessions involving players from all three squads when required to do so. A positive and open minded attitude to player development is essential whilst working with, enthusing and retaining a competitive squad of players.

In common with all club positions these are voluntary posts.
